What is the best way to go about reviewing things?

I'm thinking about reviewing a few video games and movies and wanted to know what you, the readers, preferred in your reviews.

I was thinking about a 5/5 rating of scores but you all might all hate that. Or I COULD do the whole FOUR STARS elitist Roger Ebert deal but I guess it's kind of up to you. 
Or we could do Ten out of Ten. That's an option too.
